Cancellation Confirmation

We received your request to cancel your upcoming reservation at Stonewall Resort. We’re very sorry that you are not able to stay with us. If we can assist you with booking alternate dates, please call our Reservations Department at 304.269.7400. Please carefully review our cancellation policies below. Lodge Cancellation Policy: We are currently offering a cancellation policy of 7 days before the date of arrival.

Lake House Deposit Policy: Cottage rentals will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire length of stay at the time the reservation is made. The additional 50% payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival and is considered a non-refundable final payment. Cancellation terms will forfeit any deposits received.  

Cottage Cancellation Policy: if canceled more than 30 days out, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will result in being charged the amount of full stay.

Please note: some special promotions and offers may require a non-refundable deposit.
