First Night Deposit: Starting Jan. 1, 2024, all guests will be charged a one night deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if reservations are canceled or modified within 7 days of the booked date.
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted in the Cottages and Lodge, not Lake Houses, for a $45 (non-refundable) fee per pet.
Stonewall Resort is a non smoking facility.
Stonewall Resort Park Enhancement Fee: This fee is $2.00 + tax per night for lodge rooms, cottages and lake houses and is reflected in the total charge of the confirmations. Proceeds from this fee support the efforts of the nonprofit Stonewall State Park Foundation, a 501 (c ) 3 organization. Resort Service Fee: $15 per room, per night included in the total price of the lodge room. For Cottages and Lake houses the resort fee is $20 per night for 2 BR, $25 per night for 3BR and $30 per night for 4BR and will be added to each guest folio upon arrival and is not included in the total price reflected in this confirmation. Please note that in 2024, each of these fees will increase by $1. This fee provides and maintains:

Over 20+ miles of hiking/biking trails

Credit Card Policy: Stonewall Resort requires all guests to present a credit/debit upon arrival. An authorization will be obtained in the amount equal to the amount of the stay, plus $25 per day of the stay for incidental purchases (meals, gift shop, etc.).Once check out is completed all unused authorizations are returned to the credit/debit card financial institution. EMV/Chip PIN Credit Card Policy: Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Lodge Cancellation Policy: We are currently offering a cancellation policy of 7 days without penalty.
Cottage Deposit Policy: Cottage rentals will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the entire length of stay at the time the reservation is made. The additional 50% payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival and is considered a non refundable final payment. Cancellation terms will forfeit any deposits received.
Cottage Cancellation Policy: if canceled more than 30 days out, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. A cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will result in being charged the amount of full stay.
